Erik Johansson

Erik has been a fitness enthusiast for over a decade, he decided to take his passion for fitness and help others achieve their fitness goals. In 2011 Erik joined the United States Army where he worked as an Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technician (EOD), during his time in the Army Erik was deployed to Afghanistan where he supported Special Forces Group. In 2016 Erik transitioned from the Army to a career in the Fire Service where he is currently a Fire Fighter/EMT. His multitude of training and experience has helped shape the way he approaches physical fitness.
