    • Increases bone density

    • Supports Mental Well being

  • Cardiovascular Training (Cardio) can come in many forms:

    -Brisk walk

    -Cycling

    -Swimming

    -Hiking

    -Playing Sports

Depending on your goal, you can use all these different forms of cardio training to help you achieve your goals.

  • Weight Training will make me bulky

-This is False, in order to add on a bunch of muscle you need to eat in a caloric surplus and train for hypertrophy (growth of muscle). With that being said if you have never weight trained before you might add some muscle but not enough to make you look like a body builder.

Meal Prepping will take up my whole day

-Meal prepping can take up a couple hours on the day that you are making those meals, but then you have all those meals ready for the whole week. A way around this is to make extra food when you make your dinner so the next day you have meals for lunch.

If I mess up on my diet plan 1 day the whole week was for nothing:

-This is half true, depending on the amount of extra calories you consumed on that day you may have just negative some of the progress and in a worst case scenario you will not lose your goal amount for that week. All is not lost just get right back on track, we all have those days so don’t let this set you back and continue to go off plan.
